Service Description
This session is designed to beautifully document the joy of your announcement or gender reveal—simple, meaningful, and intentional. Perfect for sharing the news with loved ones, this is a short and focused session centered on connection and storytelling rather than a full maternity experience. There are no balloons, signs, confetti, smoke bombs, or novelty reveal items. Clients may bring one small, meaningful item (such as an ultrasound photo or neutral baby accessory) if they choose. Please note: this is not a full maternity session. It does not include extended posing, multiple looks, or access to the client wardrobe. Clients are responsible for providing their own attire. For a more styled experience with wardrobe options and a longer session time, a full maternity session is recommended. Please note: Final images are delivered within 21 business days. Please keep this timeline in mind when planning and booking your session. Cancellation Policy
Arriving 15 minutes late or more to a session may result in cancellation, reschedule, or additional. The decision will be at the photographers discretion. Sessions may be rescheduled as a one time courtesy, if there is at least a 48hr notice given to photographer. A new date must be provided to photographer within 7 business days, or a new booking and deposit will be required. Reschedules and cancellations given within 24 hours or less of your scheduled session, will result in a new deposit or refusal of future services. In the event, a second reschedule is requested, we will require a $100.00 rebooking fee. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that once a deposit is made, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, nor can it be transferred to another person or session. This policy is in place to secure resources and allocate time specifically for your session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances might arise, but kindly note that our policy remains consistent for all clients. We believe in maintaining fairness and consistency across the board. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, we are more than happy to discuss them with you. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while being transparent about our terms.
